Gumnut Psychology consultation is highly tailored to each individual client/family and involves considerable planning and preparation for each session. Whilst it is understandable that life doesn’t always go to plan, it is impractical for missed or cancelled appointments to be filled at short notice (less than 48 hours). For this reason, the following Cancellation Policy and Fee schedule applies.

| Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice | 50% of session fee (i.e. booking deposit will be retained) |
| Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice | No cancellation fee (booking deposit refunded) |
