How does it work?
01. Enquire
Contact me to arrange a free, no obligation, 15 minute consultation to discuss your needs. Parenting support is personal and it’s important you work with someone you feel comfortable with. We’ll chat and check we’re a good fit to work together.
02. questionnaire
Before your first session I’ll ask you to complete a simple questionnaire about your concerns. You’ll also receive an information pack, including how to schedule + access online sessions.
03. sessions
We’ll spend the first session getting really clear on what your goals are and understanding your strengths and challenges. Subsequent sessions will focus on evidence-based strategies and tailored support that helps you progress towards your goals.
04. follow up
I’m available for email support between sessions so you can ask questions, troubleshoot any issues, and feel supported in making changes. Eight session packages also include a bonus phone consultation within 4 weeks of finishing.
