Meet Natalie – online psychologist for parents
Ready to stop constantly second-guessing your parenting?
You know parenting matters and you want to do it well.
You set high standards for how you show up in the world, and parenting is no different. What you really want is to nurture a secure relationship, where your child feels safe to share their inner world…
But right now, your day to day experience isn’t aligned with your big-picture goals for raising your child.
I can help.
I’m Natalie, an online psychologist who helps parents just like you: folks that have it within them to parent from a place of purpose, calm, and connection but just need the support to get there.
I help parents develop the skills they need to feel more confident, mindful and to nurture a lasting connection.
A relationship-based approach to parenting
Many of today’s solutions for parents are behaviour-based quick-fixes that prioritise short-term results over the long-term relationship and mental health of a parent and their child. They’re often overly-specific and contradictory, leading so many parents to feel confused and like they’re doing it all wrong.
I offer a more sensitive approach, focused on the bigger picture – building a secure parent-child relationship based on respect, connection, and compassion rather than fear and obedience.
Your circumstances are unique so instead of overly prescriptive strategies, I share simple, research-backed practices tailored to you and your family, and always with your goals in mind. I’ll help you with your emotions so you can support your child with theirs.

I am dedicated to helping people feel empowered, calm and confident in their parenting.
A supportive space to reflect + grow
My training in educational and developmental psychology means I have the expertise you need to make meaningful changes in your relationship with your child. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it means to be an overwhelmed parent struggling with where to start, right?
I get it because I’ve lived it. As a mum of two I’ve learned parenting can be harder than I imagined. I know that in times of stress we can go into auto-pilot, parenting too often from our childhood experiences rather than the way we intend. It’s hard to put knowledge into practice with the busyness and stress of life with kids! In our sessions, I’ll show you compassion as you grow and develop, so you can begin to show yourself more compassion throughout your day.
When we work together, you won’t just get a trained psychologist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through and the structured and supportive approach you need to progress towards your goals.
